Preparation

  • Validate appropriateness of company’s NDA document and marketing collateral.
  • Assist in the company’s preparation of a disclosure schedule for a potential investor.
  • Define company’s initial pitch to each investor in the Investor List and prepare a preliminary information document.

Deliverables

  • Phone interviews (with or without the company’s representatives) with the selected investors from the Investor List.
  • Summary document of all conducted interviews, rating the interviewed potential investors according to the pre-defined selection criteria.
  • "Investor Short List" for face to face meetings.

  • Email, text or phone communication, social media, business conferences, speaking engagements.

  • Meet with the Board of Directors to discuss the proposed transaction and its financial implications.
